what we collect

there are two kinds of data here: what you hand us yourself, and what is created technically as you use the site.

• contact form: name, phone, email, company name and the services you said you were interested in.
• when you email us: the content of your message and your contact details.
• technical data: ip address, browser and device information, pages visited and where you arrived from.
• your cookie choice: a record of the consent you gave, kept in a first-party cookie in your browser.

why we process it

every piece of data we collect serves a specific purpose; we do not keep data whose purpose has ended.

• to reply to your enquiry and run the proposal process.
• to deliver the work and stay in touch where we have a contract with you.
• to improve the site's performance and content (only if you allowed analytics).
• to measure the effect of our advertising (only if you allowed marketing).
• to meet our legal obligations under tax, commercial and other applicable law.

we group cookies into four categories. only the strictly necessary one is always on; the other three are never loaded until you allow them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

the services below are added to the page only once you have allowed the matching cookie category. with no consent, no request reaches these providers at all.

• google analytics — with analytics consent; aggregate statistics about site usage.
• microsoft clarity — with analytics consent; anonymous measurement of on-page interaction.
• meta pixel — with marketing consent; measurement of advertising performance.

retention and sharing

we do not sell your data. information from the contact form is kept for as long as we need it to assess your enquiry and run any resulting working relationship, and for the period the law requires where a statutory retention duty applies.

your data is shared only with the infrastructure and email providers we rely on to deliver the service, and only to the extent the work requires. some of those providers may be located abroad; where that is the case, the transfer is made under the safeguards required by applicable law.

under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you hold the following rights over your data. to exercise any of them, write to the address below.

• to learn whether we process data about you and, if so, to request information about it.
• to ask for that data to be corrected, erased or destroyed.
• to request that processing be restricted, or to object to it.
• to withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
